RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Avelò Creative products are made to order and personalized specifically for each customer.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items, incorrect size selections, or changes of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect

Once the issue has been reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • A repair where applicable

  • A refund where appropriate

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for products that are confirmed to be defective or incorrectly manufactured.

As all products are produced on demand, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed to be faulty.
